A hard message to deliver

Brooke Crothers quoted Bob O’Donnell, an analyst at IDC, about news that Microsoft is training their sales staffs the difference between Windows RT and the Windows 8 Pro Surface:

“The two devices are going to be virtually identical, but the two chips inside determine which software actually works with it — or not.”

It’s typical of Microsoft’s marketing campaign, they love to confuse their own consumers.
