Apple’s new mantra

June 14, 2014

John Gruber writes a lenghty blog post which pretty much sums up what Apple has announced at WWDC ’14, in it he praises the maestro behind Apple’s recent success: Tim Cook. And this one is a spot on:

In recent years, the company grew from being bad at walking and chewing gum to being OK at it, and most of us thought, “Finally”. But that wasn’t the end of the progression. Apple has proceeded from being OK at walking and chewing gum to being good at it. Thus the collective reaction to last week’s keynote: “Whoa.”

No wonder it took him so long to post this, it’s that good, a must read for understanding today’s Apple post-Jobs era.
